Our role on this project was for page layout and infrastructure design. The client’s objective was to keep the use of bright colors as they were used in current print collateral, create an easy way for a visitor to find, sort and print coupons. To do this, we designed the left column to remain the same on every page for quick sorting access, and a way to feature vendor ads so the visitor can see everything they have to offer.
Scrolling through the screen samples the following client’s requests were met by:
- Home page showing popular sorting buttons right on top
- Home page showing other visitor map sites
- Once in a sorted category, all companies providing a coupon in that category are listed along with the featured company’s ad.
- Pop-up image of ads and coupons that allow for easy printing of provided coupon.
